Cheryl Dowling is a leading voice in fertility and reproductive health, known for her advocacy, storytelling, and deep commitment to supporting those facing infertility. As the founder of The IVF Warrior, she’s built a platform that blends expert-backed resources, community care, and real-life insight to shift how we talk about and experience fertility care.

With a background in mental health counseling, Cheryl understands the emotional weight of infertility and pregnancy loss firsthand. After going through her own IVF journey and seeing the gaps in awareness and support, she created the resource she wished had existed, one rooted in empathy, education, and hope.

Today, Cheryl is an award-winning digital health leader, a bestselling author (Unspoken), and an industry-recognized voice in fertility and mental health advocacy.
