Juno Launches as First Male-Focused Fertility App: The Overlooked Half of Conception

Male factors contribute to nearly half of all fertility challenges, yet until now, men have had few tools to actively improve their reproductive health. Two Dutch entrepreneurs aim to change that. They launched Juno, the first fertility app designed specifically for men looking to optimize sperm health and increase conception chances (naturally).

The app provides personalized, evidence-based guidance across key areas that impact sperm quality: sleep, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, heat exposure and environmental factors. Unlike generic health apps, Juno tailors recommendations to each user's lifestyle and fertility goals alongside educational content around conception.

Juno's medical credibility comes from an advisory team including Prof. Dr. Peter Schlegel and Dr. Justin Dubin, leading experts in urology, alongside fertility advocates Kela Smith and Cheryl Dowling (founder of IVF Warrior).

"Women have had Flo and similar apps for years to track and optimize their fertility. Juno brings that same level of personalized, science-backed support to men. Because conception is a team effort” says Co-Founder Gerben Houtsma.

The Dutch-founded company plans to expand Juno's capabilities in coming months, including a partner mode, direct connections to healthcare professionals and at-home test kit ordering through the app.

Juno is available now for download in the Appstore and Playstore. Users can try the app free, with premium features available via subscription. IVF Warrior community members receive 10% off Juno Premium with code IVFWARRIOR10.
